FREE Standard Ground Shipping to the Continental U.S. with orders over $50.

Terms & Conditions: All standard ground shipping orders to the continental U.S. ship FREE with orders over $50.  This promotion is valid on standard ground shipping only. It is not valid on express shipping.

  

Shipping Policy
  • AvantGardenDecor.com ships within the continental US. 
  • AvantGardenDecor.com does not accept orders for items on backorder. 
  • AvantGardenDecor.com does not ship to post office boxes or APO addresses.
 
Shipping Methods

Orders typically ship within 5 business days.

AvantGardenDecor.com does not ship during weekends or holidays.

AvantGardenDecor.com offers the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Ground
  • Next Day Air Express
  • 2nd Day Air Express

We do our best to estimate the date in which you will receive your order but by no means guaranteed shipment. Your order may arrive at an earlier or later date based on different factors such as (but not limited to): product availability in our warehouse, extreme weather conditions, and factors outside our control.

Orders sent via "Next Day Air Express" and "2nd Day Air Express" are delivered to you on the next business day or 2nd business day from the day they are shipped. All "Next Day Air Express" and "2nd Day Air Express" orders must be placed by 12 PM Central time. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Shipping Rates

Orders that are sent standard ground within the continental US ship free. Express shipping and handling charges are calculated real-time at the moment of checkout and are based on:

    * The delivery method you choose
    * The combined weight of items in your order
    * Your location

    * Any current shipping promotions

 

30-Day Return Policy

We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from AvantGardenDecor.com website. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost. It's part of our worry-free shopping policy! 

Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging and be shipped pre-paid to Midwest Air Technologies Inc., AvantGardenDecor.com's parent company. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations.

Return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit unless your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect item(s)
  • Item(s) arrived damaged
  • Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect

 

Return Procedure

Contact our Consumer Care department via email or phone at 1-800-323-5800 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to making a return. You will be given an RGA number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All product being returned to our warehouse must be authorized.  Write the RGA number on the packing list and include the packing list in the package to be  returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized. 

Please do not attempt to make a return without getting a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) first!

 

Packaging Your Return
  1. Write the RGA number on your packing list, include this packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
  2. Place the provided return label onto the package.
  3. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel.
